Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Nifty website. By accessing our platform or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to purchase any item from Nifty.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase smoking accessories in South Africa.
We reserve the right to request proof of age before fulfilling an order.
Orders may be cancelled if age verification is refused or cannot be confirmed.

Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, hookah products cannot be returned once opened or used.
Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process.
Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
Nifty reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shopnifty.co.za

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: info@shopnifty.co.za

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide and worldwide via trusted couriers such as The Courier Guy and DHL.
International shipping may be available depending on the product.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order is shipped, risk transfers to the customer.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or return fees.
